She then graduated in 2003 with a Clinical Masters degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University. She has a keen interest in orthopaedics, sport physiotherapy, concussions and sport conditioning, and holds a Certificate in Sport Physiotherapy from Sport Physiotherapy Canada. Other areas of interest and training include acupuncture, osteoporosis/low bone mass, vertigo, and the effects of improper breathing on your body. Ronda believes that getting to the root of the problem/injury in combination with providing excellent patient education and learning how to move properly throughout our day to day activities are critical to not only a person's recovery but the keys to preventing injury recurrence. She lives with her husband and two children outside of Arthur where she spends her time gardening, doing home renovation projects and enjoying time with family.
Kaitlyn is thrilled to be a member of the Impact Physiotherapy & Performance team! She obtained her Clinical Masters of Science degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University after completing her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. In addition to orthopaedics, she has a special interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy and continuously strives to advance her skills in this area. Kaitlyn has completed training for both non-internal and internal management for pelvic health conditions including male and female urinary incontinence as well as safe return to exercise for individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction. She will be completing additional training for female and male pelvic pain conditions and pregnancy. Kaitlyn places a high value on working with patients towards their goal and helping to empower patients through a greater understanding of their body, injury/condition, and the strategies available for long-term self-management. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and spending time with friends and family.
